Date: Mondays as needed Time: 7pm via Zoom
Throughout Covid, the Broad View Community found that an online town hall format was useful to keep the congregation updated about developments related to the ongoing issues and concerns for the community. While there are now more ways to share such information and gather in-person, the wisdom of using this platform on occasion still exists and so from time to time, we will publicize in the newsletter a topic and date for a town hall. Watch for updates.

This is a program for newcomers to Canada. We will create a space where people from diverse cultures come together to share their stories through food. Everyone has a story, and so does every dish!
Food is the source of one’s belonging, connection, comfort, and healing. Food can connect us on a deeper level as the source of building authentic community!
After 6 weeks, everyone will bring a dish of their choice – a dish they’ve experienced during the program, and we will have a Taste of Home Potluck Supper. Other community members are welcome to the potluck. Hurry! Space is limited to 10 participants.
